Terms & Conditions for B1G IPTV / Sky IPTV / FireStick Streaming
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IPTV services provided under the brands B1G IPTV, Sky IPTV, FireStick Streaming, and any associated websites, apps, or platforms. By registering, purchasing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1.1 Required Information
To create an account, users must provide a valid email address, which must be verified before service activation.
1.2 Optional Information
We do not require your real name, home address, or identity documents, and we will never request this information.
1.3 Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure, preventing unauthorised access, and ensuring your device is safe. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
2.1 Accepted Payment Method
All payments are processed securely using your debit or credit card. Once payment is confirmed, your order is submitted for review and activation.
2.2 Payment Confirmation
Your unique order reference is assigned at checkout. Our team will review and activate your subscription once payment is verified.
2.3 No Chargebacks
Payments are processed in good faith. Initiating a fraudulent chargeback, dispute, or recall after service has been activated constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and permanent blacklisting.
2.4 Pricing
Prices listed on our website are in GBP (£) and are final unless otherwise stated.
3.1 Connection Rules
Your subscription includes a fixed number of simultaneous connections (1 connection = 1 device at a time, 2 connections = 2 devices at a time, etc.).
3.2 Device Registration & Anti-Sharing
We may track device identifiers to enforce connection limits. Accounts shared across multiple households or unauthorised users may be suspended or terminated.
3.3 IP Address Monitoring
We may monitor IP addresses and login patterns to prevent account sharing, VPN/proxy abuse, fraudulent access, and multi-location misuse.
3.4 Enforcement
If you exceed your connection limit, your account may be temporarily blocked, all active streams may be disconnected, and a warning may be issued.
3.5 Repeated Violations
Continued abuse may result in a permanent account ban with no refund.
Violation may result in immediate termination.
5.1 No Guarantee of Specific Channels
Channel availability may change at any time. We do not guarantee access to any specific channel, event, or content.
5.2 Maintenance & Downtime
The Service may experience scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or third-party interruptions. We do not guarantee 24/7 uptime.
5.3 Third-Party Content
We do not host or own any content and are not responsible for content accuracy, legality, or availability.
Refunds are not provided for connection limit violations, account bans, user device issues, internet provider issues, failure to read these Terms, or cryptocurrency price fluctuations. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases at our discretion.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms, abusing connection limits, fraudulent activity, attempting to bypass restrictions, or unauthorised reselling. Termination for rule violations does not entitle the user to a refund.
Only users with an active Reseller Account Subscription may resell our services. Reseller customers are permanently assigned to their reseller. We will never upsell, poach, or directly market to a reseller's customers. See the full Reseller Agreement tab for details.
We collect only the information needed to operate the service: your name, email address, device identifiers, and subscription details. We do not collect home addresses, identity documents, phone numbers, or full payment card details. See the Privacy Policy tab for full details.
Any fraudulent activity including attempted chargebacks, stolen accounts, fake referrals, multi-account abuse, or payment manipulation will result in immediate termination and permanent blacklisting.
Users must be 18 years or older to use the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or appropriate legal channels.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service, its owners, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
