Question 1

What is IPTV and how does it work?

Accepted Answer

IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) delivers live TV channels and on-demand content over the internet instead of through traditional cable or satellite. You need a stable internet connection and a compatible device (Firestick, Android box, Smart TV, MAG Box, iOS or Windows). Once you subscribe, you receive login credentials that you enter into an IPTV app to start streaming instantly.

Question 2

Which devices are compatible with B1G Sky IPTV?

Accepted Answer

Our IPTV services work on Amazon Firestick, Android TV boxes, Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Sony and more), MAG boxes, iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, Apple TV), and Windows PCs. The Firestick Streaming brand is exclusively optimised for Amazon Firestick devices, while all other brands support the full range of devices.

Question 3

How much does an IPTV subscription cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is uniform across all our brands: £5 for a 24-hour trial, £12 for 1 month, £25 for 3 months, £40 for 6 months, and £50 for 12 months. All prices are in GBP and include access to 41,000+ live channels and 124,000+ movies and series.

Question 4

Can I try IPTV before I buy?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer a 24-hour trial for £5 across every brand. The trial gives you full access to all channels, VOD content, and features so you can experience the service exactly as a paying subscriber would. You can start a trial from any brand store page.

Question 5

How quickly is my subscription activated after payment?

Accepted Answer

Once your payment is confirmed, your order enters our approval queue. Our team typically reviews and activates subscriptions within a few hours. You will receive an email with your login credentials (username, password and server host) as soon as your subscription is live.

Question 6

What internet speed do I need for IPTV?

Accepted Answer

We recommend a minimum download speed of 15 Mbps for standard definition streaming and 25 Mbps or higher for HD and 4K content. A wired connection is preferable for the most stable experience, but a strong Wi-Fi signal works well too.

Question 7

How many devices can I use simultaneously?

Accepted Answer

Each subscription is for a single device at a time. If you need multi-device access, you can purchase additional subscriptions or contact us about multi-connection packages. Account sharing is strictly prohibited under our terms of service.

Question 8

What channels are included in the subscription?

Accepted Answer

Our subscriptions include 41,000+ live channels covering sports, entertainment, movies, news, kids' content, documentaries, and international programming from the UK, Europe, USA, India, Pakistan, and more. We also offer 124,000+ movies and TV series on demand (VOD).

Question 9

What should I do if I experience buffering?

Accepted Answer

Buffering is usually caused by internet speed or ISP throttling. Try restarting your router, switching to a wired connection, or using a VPN. If the issue persists, contact our support team via WhatsApp on 07592 571 909 or email hello@b1gsky.com and we will help troubleshoot or switch you to a different server.

Question 10

Can I cancel my subscription and get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time — simply do not renew. Refunds are considered only in exceptional cases such as service failure to activate or duplicate payments. See our Refund Policy on the Legal page for full details.

Question 11

Do you offer a reseller or affiliate programme?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our reseller programme lets you buy credits in bulk at wholesale prices and sell subscriptions to your own customers with your own pricing. Our affiliate programme pays commission on every sale you refer. Both programmes include a dedicated dashboard to track earnings and manage your business.

Question 12

Is my payment secure?

Accepted Answer

All payments are processed through Square, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers. We do not see or hold your card information at any point.
